The order process was relatively easy and there was good choice. Confirmation was quick and once the flowers were received I was happy with the quality and arrangement. I believe the flowers were delivered on time. However between my order and delivery there was no communication or assurance from the florist and this created some anxiety and uncertitide that could have been easily avoided. I saw the flowers from a photo from the recipient, but I would have appreciated to receive documentation from the florist before that, also considering that the price was not cheap.

Absolutely beautiful hand tied bouquet in water. Asked for bright and cheerful colours and Pauline done a fantastic job! Mum was really chuffed with them thank you
